    Returns and refund Policy

    Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

    • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
    • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (if applicable)

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
    2. Share your order details along with images or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
    3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

    Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


    4. Refund Policy

    • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
    • Processing time may take 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item

    Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
